French Toast
with Honey, Berries & Crème Fraiche

Fancy pancakes but can’t be bothered with all of the mess? Got stale bread that you don’t want to throw away? Need a breakfast that feels fancy but is quick and easy? One Pan French Toast is your answer! We like to serve ours with fresh berries, a dollop of crème fraiche, and a drizzle of honey. This recipe is for two portions but feel free to double or treble the recipe to suit! If you love this, you have to try our Chocolate and Banana version too! It is equally good for breakfast as it is for a quick pud when you are craving something truly indulgent.

Tips & Tricks
Tricks:
- Grill some bacon until crispy and serve the French toast with bacon, a poached egg, and maple syrup for an easy take on American pancakes.
- This also works great with frozen berries. I like to warm them in a pan with some honey before spooning them over the toast.
Tips:
- Swap the crème fraiche for Greek yoghurt for a higher protein version.
- You could also cook this on a Cadac or a flat top electric grill if you have one.
