Tips & Tricks

Tricks:

  • Have some good bread on hand to scoop up any leftover sauce! The Italians call this “scarpetta.” It is essential when eating pasta!

Tips:

  • Nobody is judging you if you eat this straight out of the tin. It saves on the washing up!! Whack it on a board in the middle of the table and fill your boots!
  • Use the best quality passata you can as this makes the dish. Mutti is gold tier, but Cirio is not bad either.
